Aluminum and Magnesium Sawn Tooling Plate

In partnership with Freeman Manufacturing, Palmer Engineered Products now offers sawn aluminum and magnesium tooling plate for all industries. The plate is cut on a custom non-ferrous table saw equipped with carbide tipped blades. This combination generates a burr free, nearly machined surface as compared to comparable band saw cut plates. 

• Plate thickness from 3/8" to 1" thick 
• Plate size from 12" square to 4'x8' 
• Custom sizing is our specialty 
• Standard cut accuracy is +/- 1/32" 
• Optional machining to +/- 0.005"
